Return Policy
To initiate a return, please use our customer portal HERE.
At Rose & Olivia Boutique, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Please review our return policy carefully:
STORE CREDIT ONLY
We issue store credit for eligible returns.
Return Timeframes
Our return policy allows for returns in exchange for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date.
You have 4 days to ship the item back after your return is approved.
Items shipped back outside of the 4-day return window (after approval) will be returned to the sender.
Store Credit Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, all returned items must be in original, unworn condition and meet the following criteria:
- Tags are still attached
- Garment is buttoned, zipped, and folded neatly
- Item is free of pet hair and odors (including smoke or perfume)
- Item is clean and free of makeup, deodorant, or self-tanner marks
- Item has not been washed, altered, or damaged in any way
- Item is returned within the eligible return window
Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling may be denied store credit or issued partial credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: accessories, jewelry, and all items marked 25% or more (including sale items)
Denied Returns & Restocking Fee:
- If returned items do not meet these requirements, the return may be denied.
- If returned items are not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, please contact customer care at shoproseandolivia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Include a photo of the damage in your email.
- If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Return Packaging
To help us process your return quickly and safely, please send items in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 2-4 business days to the email address used for your purchase. you'll receive a confirmation once your credit has been applied.
Important Considerations:
- Rose & Olivia Boutique is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
